You can use the Grayscale command to convert your image to grayscale with 256 levels of gray, from 0 (black) to 255 (white). See the glossary for more information about grayscale mode.

  • You can access this command from the image menubar through Image ΓåÆ Mode ΓåÆ Grayscale.
